Coast to Coast rebuilt the chimney on our new house (it had unfortunately been neglected by the previous owners), and we couldn’t be happier with the rebuild. We received six quotes for the work, and we’re confident that we chose the best masonry for the job. Even before signing the contract, my husband and I had a number of questions regarding the scope of work and our chimney flue, and Romen always happily answered them. They were communicative, reliable, and honest, which isn’t always easy to find with contractors. During the job, after taking down the chimney, they realized that they needed to install a different, more expensive liner than originally planned. They could have easily installed the originally planned liner (as we would never have known); however, they were honest and told us that they recommended a different liner and didn’t charge us anything extra than the originally agreed upon quote.
