We just recently moved into our first home and had a bit of chimney trouble due to a missing flue liner. Aside from that, Roman did a final inspection after the work had been completed and even had his team come out one more time (without us asking) to finish cleaning the chimney itself as there had been a little bit of residue left of the work done.
