Romen gave a very thorough estimate and explanation of the job. Workers arrived on time and worked hard each day of this multi-day project. This was a messy job, but the workers cleaned up well at the end of each day. Prior to completion of this work, there was smoke transfer between two flues and/or downdraft at the top of the chimney, and we hope that this work will resolve the problem. Small test fire suggests everything working well, but true test will be when we burn a larger fire in the fall/winter. I was pleased that Romen asked me to follow up with him if the issue persists. Price was very good for the services provided.
