I was having trouble finding a masonry company through my network of contractors. I googled and found Coast to Coast, among others. I arranged for Coast to Coast to come out to evaluate and provide an estimate – this company was very friendly in talking to me, prompt to return calls, responsive to my concerns, and also pointed out details of repair work needed the other masons did not, which was terrific and set them apart. Once I made the decision, they were able to accommodate/get the job scheduled and done within just a few days. The crew on site was on time, clean, worked thoroughly and several neighbors commented on the quality of the work. I HIGHLY recommend this company for masonry, brick work, chimney, etc…they will make it happen for you! They tuck pointed our entire house, including the Chimney and matched the mortar, which is so difficult to do. They were also willing to do a detailed walk through of the home after it was complete to ensure everything had been done to our satisfaction and they take price/warranty the work!
Finally, of course the quality of work is important, but in order to get the job it’s important to communicate what you know, your recommendations, be honest and friendly – Coast to Coast was all of these things and having worked with enough contractors this isn’t something you often see. They listen, they recommend, answer all my questions with the utmost patience and deliver – this was so helpful and put them ahead of the rest.
