There were a few spots missed on the initial job, but the owner, Romen, immediately came over and verified the missed areas and his people came back and finished the job quickly. Romen was in constant contact with me and came over several times to do an inspection with me, spending hours testing out not only the brick/stone, but also various trouble spots with the roof. At one point, I identified a potential issue with our scupper boxes that was not in the original project scope, but Romen offered to fix it without an extra charge. I highly recommend Romen & Coast to Coast.
