The business owner, Romen Stajac, did the estimate. He was prompt, curteous, and provided a detailed, price competitive bid, including an option to repair rather than rebuilding the chimney. We got three estimates, and Coast to Coast’s was essentially equal to the other low bidder, but provided more detail. The other bid was about 40% higher, and rejected on a cost basis. We chose to rebuild, rather than repair the chimney.
The crew that did the work arrived on schedule, and did a thorough professional job. They left the repair site clean, and were friendly and responsive to my questions.
