We just purchased a house in Skokie and are going through the process of making sure all of the maintenance is up to date — including a number of repairs to the brick and stucco exterior. We initially called a local masonry company, who came out twice for a walkaround — never took any notes, and then didn’t return my calls.
So I called Coast to Coast. Stan came out this morning and walked around the exterior with me. He was upfront about what needed repair and what didn’t, he took his time in taking notes and photos, and he offered a general timeline on estimating and repairs.
If the rest of the experience working with these guys is as professional and consultative as the estimating process, I’ll be extremely pleased. My only regret is that I didn’t call them first.
