Owner came to view chimney. Took pictures of interior and showed me the problems that I could not see from my point of view on the ground – it was obvious to me that the exterior of the chimney was deteriorating but he showed me what needed attention on the interior. He gave me a few options and the prices of those option. Emailed me and mailed me a thorough and professional quote. All details were as mentioned in our conversation. The men who came to do the work were very polite, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They completed the work exactly as I had hoped it would be done and as the owner had explained it would be done. When I had a question during the time the work was being completed, I received a response within the same day that I asked the question. I rarely have things go right when I hire home improvement companies. I am thrilled and would recommend Coast to Coast who needs any sort of masonry work completed.
