This company deserves more than five stars! I highly recommend it. Romen was honest, trustworthy, polite, and reliable – on time. He did not push to sell unnecessary services, responded very quickly and gave a free estimate without a trip charge. When he learned about a loss of my main part time income due to this social distancing situation with corona virus epidemic, he donated his time replacing the chimney cap. I was overwhelmed with this kindness and generosity toward a customer in a time of crisis. I did not have an experience like this with any business before! I am very satisfied with the work. There is more work needed to be done on chimney and I plan to call this company again as soon as I am able to pay for it.
