They discussed alternatives in the event the work turned out to be more complicated and provided an alternative pricing mechanism. Fortunately, the work needed was as expected. They did a nice job installing temporary interior support of first floor joists and the house main beam at my request since a significant number of bricks were being removed. They did not make a mess and cleaned up their work area well. They matched the brick. Looks like no repair was ever needed. Great job.
