Last week, some strong wind blew the cover of my chimney. I called Coast to Coast in the evening and they asked to send the pictures. They responded right away to my email and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They determined that originally I had the wrong size incorrectly installed, which is what could have caused the problem. They provided the right size and completed the installation.
