We had contacted Coast to Coast about a year ago, right after we bought our home for an estimate on replacing the chimney. At the time, the work did not seem to be an immediate need and so we decided to put the work off for a year.When I contacted Coast to Coast to come out again, they were prompt and thorough and even remembered being at our home a year ago. Romen commented on how different our backyard looked from the previous year. We went over all the things that needed to be done on the house – the chimney, the bricks around the garage and the foundation work. He went over each item and discussed what would be the best way to proceed with each problem.He sent an estimate right away and we agreed on a date to do the work.The guys showed up right on time and got to work right away. They tried to protect our lawn and landscaping as much as possible with tarps. They even cleaned up chunks of brick that had fallen into a flower bed.Since the house is 50 years old, Romen had warned me that the brick color/style might not match exactly, but that they would do their best. The bricks that they brought for me to choose from were so similar to our house, that you can’t even tell the difference.They fixed the leaks in the foundation and the last time it rained, there was no water in our basement.I would definitely use them again, if needed.
