When I first contacted Coast to Coast, and given an estimate. An accurate assessment of the damage to the brick and window sill was provided. However, the additional damage due to rotten floor boards beneath the bricks could not be seen. When it later became apparent that this damage was there after the brick was removed, a very reasonable estimate for the additional work was provided. I agreed to the additional work and the job was completed for a fair price within less than a week after the contract was signed the original contract.
