Avoiding a “chimney repair” company altogether, I looked for a masonry company. I contacted Coast to Coast Masonry because of their excellent ratings with the Better Business Bureau. Coast to Coast responded to my call quickly . Romen came to my home to listen to and look at my concerns. I did not tell Romen what I was thinking as I did not want to influence his decision-making. After he carefully checked out my failing chimney cap and leaking chimney he told me what he thought needed to be done which was exactly what I was looking for. The work was involved, my chimney needed a new cap, tuckpointing, sealant, caulk, and took 4.5 days to complete. Amazing job and the final result looks really beautiful. The crew worked from a bit after 7am until 5pm each day and they worked hard; no dawdling, or long lunch breaks. Meticulous workmanship, neat and clean. Just awesome!
