The entire experience was pleasant. Roman and his team came out and did an initial assessment, gave a quote and then performed the job. While there quote was not the lowest, their assessment was the most honest and thorough. On the day of the work the team came out on time and was ready to go. Even though the crew did not speak English all that well, they managed to explain what they were doing.
They finished the work over the course of a week. First they did the tuck-pointing and flashing, and then they came back to paint and seal. They even worked with us to seal the entire back of the building and not just my portion. We had to pay them a little extra but Roman was willing to work with me on the price. So far with heavy rains there has not been any leaks. So far so good. Coast to Coast gave us a 1 year labor guarantee on the labor.
Though we will have to see how the work holds up, working with Roman and team was good and the work appears to be solid. I would definitely use them again.
