Thorough communication from initial request to service rendered. Service performed earlier than appointment which was a convenience. Thorough examination and cleaning. Cleaning didn’t leave any residue anywhere. There was a slight smoke smell that dissipated in several minutes. I highly recommend this company for chimney sweep services and inspections.
