I called Coast to Coast and spoke with Romen. He came to my house on time and was very professional. I informed him about the water seepage problem on my fireplace that occurs when it rains. After his inspection we discussed what needed to be done. He said he would send me an estimate. I received the estimate and decided after a few weeks that we should proceed with the project. The work was performed in a professional manner. Unfortunately, after we got another rainstorm the water did reappear again. So the problem wasn’t quite resolved. I called and talked to Romen and told him that we were still having an issue after the work was done. He was so polite and understanding. He had his office call me back and schedule a date for someone to come take a look and perform a water test. As the water test was being done, BINGO – the water was reappearing where it had been doing the rainstorms. The gentleman that was here to fix the problem was very professional and was determined to resolve the problem. Maybe the extra caulking, etc. he did helped because we have had a few heavy downpours and not one drop of water seepage. I found Coast to Coast to be very conscientious and ready to stand behind their work. I would highly recommend them.
