I contacted Coast to Coast after finding them on Angie’s list. They were prompt at answering my telephone message but due to their workload couldn’t come out to give a quote for a week and a half. However, when Romen came out to inspect, he was there on time and immediately put me at ease that he knew exactly what needed to be done. He went through the process of what was required and identified some small cracks that had been part of the cause.
The day of the job, he arrived with a man who was going to do the work, which was necessary because the guy didn’t speak much English. Anyway, the guy was an obvious craftsman. He set to work and made a really nice job of the work. He was tidy and cleaned up after himself. He arranged to come back a couple of days later to clean up some of the mortar on the brickwork.
In the meantime I took a careful look at the wall and found another crack that none of us had seen earlier. Romen said that he would fix this when the worker came back to do his clean up from the main work. No fuss, no hassle.
Everything was done to my satisfaction. Good job.
