Roman came out to give me the estimate. He looked at each window. He was very good about letting me know which needed to be replaced now and which were still in good condition. I was not pressured in any way to replace more lintels than I wanted to get done. Then he went on the roof to look at the chimney and he took pictures to show me the work that needed done. I was emailed a very detailed estimate for the work to be done and I called them to set up a date to get the work done. It took two days to complete the work. They were very punctual both days. The first day they replaced the lintels and did the tuck pointing on the other windows. They had a team of workers that knew what they needed to do and got right to work. They poured the chimney cap on the first day. The second day they acid washed the tuck pointing and installed the chimney liner. The company emailed me the bill which was the exact cost as the estimate.
