Romen was prompt with a thorough bid after inspecting the house and chimney. The work started as soon as the weather allowed and seemed to go without a hitch.The end result is a chimney that exactly matches the house as if it was the original. Overall we chose Romen over other bids because of the price and completeness of the estimate, it spelled out exactly what we had talked about. When there was a small secondary job that was overlooked, Romen immediately appologized for the oversight and came and spent time completing the work himself in a very professional manner.
