Our building was built in 2007 and the coping did not have any sheathing underneath it. The result was water soaking through and down the foundation behind the outside brick, which would then drain/leak from the window and sliding door frames of the upper floors. CTC quoted the best price of three contractors for remediation work that included: removing the coping, adding aluminum sheathing and drain wicks, replacing the coping and sealing the creases between pieces. Good communications, good responsiveness, I felt comfortable when dealing with them. Would recommend them.
