Romen came in promptly the day after I called for an estimate and a week later I scheduled him to come over to do the job. The morning that he was supposed to come in, it was raining pretty heavy and he called nearly 3 hours after the scheduled time to tell me that he will come in only at noon because of rain. Although I was disappointed that he called so late, I can understand that there’s no point in doing a job on exterior wall while it’s raining. He came in at 1pm and finished the job by 5. The job was done clean, he didn’t affect any of my plants, and cleaned up the area so there was no cement/mortar left behind. He reused some old bricks an left over backing from his other jobs; while I was not totally happy about, but at the same time he made sure they matched well. He assured me that if anything were to go wrong with the work in future he will come over and fix it for free. That was reassuring for me. He matched the mortar as well. So overall I’m very satisfied and would definitely reuse/recommend him.
